Tencho

Tencho (天調) is the abbreviation of the Japanese words Tennen Chomiryo (天然調味料) which means “Seasonings with the taste of Natural Ingredients”. Ajinomoto’s Tencho product line consists of “AJIMATE” to enhance mouthfulness and taste continuation (KOKUMI), “AJIAROMA” to enhance your ingredient’s natural aroma and boost flavour profiles.

It possesses a sweetness that is 200 times that of regular sugar but at much lower calories, AminoSweet is suitable for use in low calorie beverages, sugarless candies and health foods.
